How I average $500 Per Month With Amazon Associates Program

Yes the idea of earning on AMAzon is good , but like on any other affilate program, u have to get the traffic...

 

I have a very poor conversion on Amazon products. Here are the recent stats for the month of September:


For the period August to October 10 is as given below:



The links are product specific, as seen from the website http://www.certexams.com

The conversion rates are now less than 1%. We are looking for any suggestions for improvements so that the conversion rates can improve.

Don't hold your breath this company apparently have a really bad reputaion for customer service and I am still waiting for my refund. I have sent 3 message - no response

 

I sell 5$ - 3000$ products and my average price for the item I sell is 700$. People do like buying online, especially if you give them tons of information.

"This company" is the best store online and one of the oldest. Never had any problems

To improve your conversion rate; what makes you stand out from other more official sites with same Amazon links? Figure that out. When I review something, I put one link in top and one image link at the bottom.

 

I am happy you have had a good experience I wish I could say the same.

 

Second what Tarum said. If you built your site carefully you can earn more than from AdSense with a Amaozn site.

One way to get targeted traffic is to use product names as your keyword. People searching for product names are usually in a primed mode to purchase.

 

Though an old thread, this gives great info.

 

I think Content is King and wiil be great in long term.
But many people like to auto pump content for short term.

great advice I am know begining to understand how come i am making only a few sales here and there
I need to go back to the drawing board and start again and look at Amazon as a serious source of money rather than
only thinking about clickbank as most newbies do
