@RickyFS - can you remake the vouchers redemption so a message will appear THAT THE VOUCHER IS A VALID ONE. Now when you paste a voucher you dont see it. It could be a question - "30 days vouchers detected. Are you sure you want to avtivate it?" and a confirmation button.

Or is there any other way of checking if a voucher is a genuine one BEFORE USING it?

why is file manager so slow? it takes more than a minute to load!!!!! remote upload page is loading 10x quicker!!!
It's remind me the worst days of f.sonic...

 

@ perkmason: May I ask what the use would be of this? The owner of the voucher will be able to see how long the duration of the voucher is.

@ photos2q: Because we allow for people to upload a shit ton of files and we didnt expect so much (we can always fall back to another host method of limiting remote upload, ban some rapidleech IPs and so on), so relax for approximately 5 more days and you'll be able to load the file manager as much as you want within a decent timeframe.

@ skulldaron: Everyone got/gets paid

 

@RickyFS: can you check If the different IP from the times I log in are being blocked by Fileserve, probably to prevent someone besides me use my account?

I don't know how much data you have stored in your FS account, but if it is a lot it is given right now that it will load slow. If you have less than 100GB it should be loading within seconds.

Hello,

I uploaded an 8MB file yesterday and in "Statistics Report" I can see that the file has been downloaded twice, one from country GROUP A and other from GROUP C but I don't see any earnings.
Can some body tell me why it happened? Do they not record all downloads? I have sent this question to File Serve support but may be some of you guys already know about it?

As you know Fileserve pays $3 if your file size is 1 to 50MB and country belongs to Group A.

May be that Group C download was not completed fully but I am 100000% sure that the download from Group A was completed fully.

@ happyhappy: For that it should load relatively quick. For me on a 10 Mbit line across the world from our DC it wouldn't load too bad.

As said, though, times will be better

@ scorro: It should work... There's a timelag for a deleted or newly uploaded file.

1 Download from Country C on the 25th

Please do the math for me of what each pays per download for Group A and Group C in the category of 1-50 MB.

From the graph I read... 0.0030 + 0.0010 = 0.0040 (correct me if my math is that poor)
Now..For you to get 0.01, we were always taught in school that the number had to be 5 or greater to round up. 0.0040 doesn't make the cut for rounding it up to 0.01.

 

How can I view this graph in my control panel? I was looking in "Statistics Report" and it is showing me $0.00. Screenshot attached.
