Hi all, I am very new to this forum. Please help me. Which is the best software for mass emailing? If I need to send multiple emails and each email picks up unique names and mails it to the concurrent email address, which software do I use? Is it possible to upload on a server with the list of name and email addresses in a particular format and the software pulls in the email and the name and sends the personalized email? The one I use is Goldmine and it takes about 4-5 hours. Is there any other option guys?
I like MailChimp a lot. It is not free, but it is very cheap. You can easily import your list, use premade templates, and a lot more. I think you would like it. It takes just a few minutes to setup.
I use AWeber, and I have been using it for many years. I'm very satisfied. I have also heard good things about MailChimp.
Thanks a lot everyone. I will try both of them and get back to you again. Heard of Aweber but not Mailchimp. Let me try...thanks again.
Hi Chris, Could you give me the exact time taken? Say I want to send in 300 emails, what would be the span of time?
Aweber is better than mail chimp in terms of being able to deliver the messages to the recipients without triggering spam alerts. Mailchimp is a relatively new company and they have not achieved that level of credibility yet.
MailChimp is a good service, but AWeber wins hands down. Aweber has a $1 trial for 30 days. This should give you a fair idea of how robust the system works. iContact is also a an exceptional service. I currently use AWeber. Hope this helps! - Swarup
Thanks a lot for the response guys. Aweber is really good. Mailchimp seems good too but because it is new, the mails are landing up in the spam folder. But your response were great help. Thanks again.
