Spinning is at sentence level as my theory goes that synonym level spinning has already been caught up by google and they have started discounting this fact due to the numerous automatic spinners available out there and simple algos can find out synonym spinning, but sentence level spinning still needs human intervention to be carried out.

As a practise we dont provide the article with spin syntax, but we can do so, if you request it.

Yes, we provide all the reports, one is an excel sheet with the sites where we have submitted your article and another a report with at least 50 guaranteed published article url (though this count is generally more than 100 but we only guarantee to show 50).
