my problem is loading. I need to try several times before loading fileserve.com and the same happen when it load and I click to log in. My problem started on saturday morning.

I mean the current file link for website (html) is :

Most other file host do provided this option.
So it look cleaner on my webpage. as I need the full link for my user to copy and past easily but also at the same time the link is clickable hehehe

No.
It says "Approved". It's a YELLOW tick. It means you'll get paid later today.

The site manager is really horrible... other parts of site works well [statistics and so on] but fileserve.com/file-manager.php is like a nightmare.

 

@ romax: The site should be quite stable at these hours. Especially right now. No issues in loading it from here. Where are you connecting from?

@ papucsa: As said for the last 2 pages we have our techs working on it for tweaks to make it run faster.

i hope...becouse all the pages take 1-2 minute for charge...
delete file in a directory with file manager can take 3-4 min...without response...and without file delete ...
i hope this week all go right...at least must change with other services

 

The uploading bar stops most of the time and file uploading is stopped. On the bottom of the browser it shows waiting for request on 1 of the fileserve servers.
After Checking download stat and file manager i see too many download failures.

@ xtazi35: You using Firefox or IE?

Also there are alternatives. You considered FTP?

 

we know there is some big trouble...

1) it's impossible to navigate in the file manager...evry pages can take 1-2 min for loading
2) upload from ftp it's not simply...yes we can take more connection and get 100-600k every connection...but it's difficulty to manage it...every connection i must create the same directory or it gives error...sometime in filemanager i can see directory with the same name with nosense...it's impossible to have a normal ftp like glftpd with a check of file...of restore...of resume...of sfv...?
3) i try do downlod...and dowload page too it's not fast.....

this is great problem if someone want to upload much file everyday and take fs great

 

@RickyFS: I`ve been connecting from my home since I`ve created the account, It`s allways work fine but I don`t what changed on saturday that I can`t load the website since then. I have the same internet provider from last 2 years. I don`t know what can I do because I can`t downaload either if the website doesn`t load.
If someone had this problem before and fix it please tell me how.

I think I`ve found the problem (still checking)
I don`t like to wait to download after downloading a file from different hosts like hotfile for example (or the others you have to wait with free accounts); I just change my IP. To do this I need to change my NIC address. and I reset the modem. doing this my IP change and I start downloading again. After I download I change my NIC address to the previous one. Ive been doing this for one year now and I never had problems before. But the last 5 days I haven`t done this. And now when I did this I`ve tried to open fileserve and worked perfect. I still don`t now why the problem started just know and not the first day I started using fileserve.
For the last 20 min it`s been working fine so I think that was the problem.

 

Yea i am using Firefox. Since i find it easier. Don't know how to use FTP. If you can point me how to use that alternative i can try uploading files that way. But someone just stated even FTP is not working properly.

I am using FF now to upload and its working fine but out of 5 files i upload i face the problem once.

 

I'm having very low stats, and i think it's problem of the captcha, which is not working well

1. That we know.
2. It's hard to run a glFTPd client, when we aren't only servicing 100 users. We had to do a trade off in order to service thousands of users using this. Unfortunately, we have built the FTP up as the way it is right now (with the knowledge we have now, it would have been different) and it will remain this way. Yes it must be a pain to open several sessions, but you can always try to clear your file manager's first page and put files into folders.
3. Download page should be quite fast...I put my files into IDM and they load up within a second or two.

@ xtazi35: For FTP: Download a client like FileZilla OR SmartFTP. Punch in the details found here: http://fileserve.com/profile.php ...Start moving your files over.

@ Markuf: Captcha works fine. For the anti-captcha people it may not work just as fine.
