Selling Football News Websites - Strong PR Backlinks - One Google News Listed!!

Hi all,

Okay due to time restrictions that i have on for the foreseeable future, i feel that i need to sell off my two football news websites in order to allow the sites to make full usage of their potential.

There are two websites included in this sale and to sweeten the deal a little further, i will even offer you the hosting account as part of the price, meaning that you get free hosting on these sites, for life!

The two sites offer a number of different draw factors for you to know about:

Live Football News - The oldest of the two sites and the one that has drawn attention from such authority sites (within the niche) as CaughtOffside and BoxOfficeFootball. Both of these sites have linked into the site (one is PR6 and other is PR4).

Football Insider - Youngest of the two sites but by no means the worst, this is the site that has recently been accepted into Google News on the first time of trying and the traffic into the site has more than doubled over the last few days simply due to that.

Earnings

Earnings for the sites are a little harder to break down, the adsense channels are fine and i can tell you those but i also use UnrulyMedia as an advertising network and the account there is named as LiveFootballNews as this is the primary account there.

Adsense earnings since last payment are as follows:

Live Football News - £5.28
Football Insider - £7.70

UnrulyMedia earnings are from between 4/10/10 - 22/11/10 and are $68.23

Traffic

Traffic to the sites are better shown via an account on the sites as i do not use Analytics, instead using StatPress, a tracker that shows plenty of information about how people came into your site as well as where they went etc.

Price

I am welcoming offers from interested parties that understand the value in these sites and what they have to offer. The sites are redesigned from a premium wordpress theme so it can be claimed as unique and truly fits the feel of the site.

Please do not bother me with low ball offers on the sites as i will not only ignore them but it will also make you look stupid as you will have not valued the price of the sites right.

A: I have a figure that i would like to achieve but not a reserve as such so i can open the negotiations up with you making your highest bid.

Q: Will you sell just one of the sites?
A: I would consider selling just one site yes but the offer would have to be right.

Q: Have you had any interest yet?
A: Yes.

Q: How about we partner up on the site and i buy a 50% share?
A: Sorry but with the time constraints that i have, i simply can't nor want to do that.

If you are interested in buying the site from me but allowing him to create content on a free, real time basis for a percentage of the site/earnings, he would be willing to work in conjunction with said buyer.

Are both site auto blog or manual? What is the price range you are asking?

 

Neither of the sites are automatic at the moment as i am a firm believer that you should have your own content.

As for price range, i have been offered up to $750 so far just for Football Insider but that doesn't mean my valuation as yet.

I should point out that although i have limited time scales coming up, i am not about to allow the sites to go at a stupidly low price, i would rather keep them.

 

Offers back open after $750 buyer could not back up their offer.
