Gentlemen, the Moderators. I need your help. I won this auction yesterday and was going to make payment when power went off for 5 hours after which my daughter had animation work to do on the PC, but finally gave me 5 minutes to make payment. In the hurry I forgot (the debilities of age) to pay via DP's PayPal link, went to PayPal direct and made payment to the email ID provided by the Seller. The transaction is complete as he has acknowledged payment and has left iTradre Feedback also for me, and initiated License Transfer with the Developer. Unfortunately, I see the following against my Feedback Score: 6 (100%) - [2, 1, 0], the 1 in the centre signifying an Unpaid Transaction. Is it possible to remove this, or will I have to live with it? If it is possible, I should be grateful if you would rectify the error at your earliest convenience. I apologise unconditionally for my mistake in making direct payment. Thanks and regards, Raman

I think you have to go by the rules. It can be considered your bad luck.

You can ask the seller to refund it so you can do it properly, but that would be your only option.

    Hello,

I have purchased a domain and did the same. Now, It is not good to ask a refund for a domain.

    Is their any other solution?

    Thanks and Regards

Many thanks, digitalpoint, for suggesting this way out. I wrote to the Seller to ask whether he would refund a second payment (I could hardly ask him to refund first) to help me get out of this mess, and he replied in the affirmative. So I duplicated the payment, this time via the DP link to PayPal on the original thread, and lo and behold, the Unpaid mark has vanished. Thank you all.

You can always ask the seller.. Make an advance payment using the DP's link and then get the refund for the first payment.

My previous post says just that. I did that already, and the Seller refunded immediately, so I am rid of the unexpected blot.
