    I was just wondering, is there any major offshore hosting provider ?

    I have tried many small hosting companies.. but after all , almost all of them suck.

    facing downtime often..
    poor support or no support at all.
    servers are always busy..

    does anyone know who's the most reputed offshore hosting provider. ?

    Shinjiru would get my recommendation if your looking for offshore hosting that will give you some privacy. they are slightly expensive though if you take the optional add-ons such as cpanel, etc. But they make up for it with quick response times with problems.

    If you need REAL privacy, there are still good providers out there.

    Do not use Shinjiru the servers are slow and crash constantly. I used them before and ended up getting more free months due to lack of services. Their data centers are constantly under DDOS attack or thats what they told me as an excuse why my servers were offline all the time.

    I even had a dedicated server with them and when i got 300 visitors it crashed lol.
