So stop claiming that you have to make lot of sales to get paid...no one will pay for premium when he can get it for free... @preza83 : we're not talking about people who request 20 or 50$ sure they will get paid.
Usually it take 2 or 3 days to recieve a reply, and now we know it's not the same person who handles the support i guess they won't reply or in best situation 2 weeks
when there is a limit made & one upload files of that size what will be user's opinion about the uploader, they will surely have a bad reputation about him and will ultimately avoid his files. Just like ff needs uploaders we need long lasting users to download our files to remain in the field.
All hosters have file size limit, and they have more users than FF !! I think it's the only solution to increases sales, but to be honnest it's not my problem, all i ask for is to get paid for what i earned and recieve a better support...
Filefactory is now more stable in uploads & download tracking, & i think support too will be improved in coming days. Wrong conduct made by some users in previous thread is one of the main reason i think for the lack of speedy support.
When you see people complaining, it's there where you should double effort and prove that those who are coplaining or giving negative feedbacks are wrong, but they do the opposite, no support and don't care about thier image, when someone want to start working with them and search on the web for feedback 1st thing he sees is that threads on digitalpoint...and am afraid this will continue. People are not crazy to complain or give negative feedback, i spent lot of time and effort to work with em, because i believed in thier honnesty and wanted to see them grow up, but they've done nothing toward affiliates, now i just stopped uploading and waiting for any pm or email, people that joined FF to download what i post start sending me emails because am no more uploading or posting, i still have 750$ on my account and 560$ declined, and 399days of premium account, i really wonder what's newt with FF...
@dzbuy16: I have mentioned a few times that I am no longer handling support emails. I have been quiet on the forums because I was finalizing the new referral tracking code which I have now deployed. You have to understand that I am not able to click my fingers and make problems disappear (unfortunately), but I will bring this up tomorrow in the office. Also, please don't think I'm being rude by saying that, I just want to make sure you understand that I'm not intentionally stalling you. @dkp: Thanks for helping out, I appreciate the way that you're standing up for us. We are trying to do the right thing, but it's an unfortunate fact that in this industry there is so much fraud that it gets difficult to tell the good guys and the bad guys apart. It's a constant battle that we sometimes win, and sometimes lose. I am very hopeful that these changes to the referral tracking code will result in two things - increased earnings for you all (because more signups will be linked to your accounts), and far more accurate earning statistics. I guess we'll know within the next 24 hours . I will follow these points up tomorrow at work. It's midnight here so I am going to bed, but I'll be back tomorrow.

@FF i know you're not handling support anymore !! but the company must put someone to do that no ?! I really hope situation will change and we'll get our earned money.
Except "DKP" there are not many satisfied FileFactory users in this thread :/. DKP can you show us how much have you earned from FF? Last time you hide the earned amount.
'Scuse for asking, but why would anyone even care ? I mean there are lots of reasonable file hosts out there who do (more or less) pay, and don't threaten people with police action if they don't shut up in public about being scammed. Seriously people - just move on 'cos this one's toast. (lol - that's the thing about digitalpoint - it's a good place to promote your site, but it's also a permanent record of how you run your activities - it's there for all to see.)
Yes digitalpoint is really the place that make your business fly or crash and as i said FF pays when it comes to 20 or 30$ but when it's high amounts it's another story, so people who won't go higher thant 20$ a month it's a nice file host.
Just get reply, FileFactory declined my payment because I post 1 extra mirror link on my blog, LOL, this is the first time I heard file hosting can simply decline people payment using this reason, a real disappointment. So good luck to you guys that still using FileFactory and be aware of this hidden rules. Time to move on, deleted hundreds of my files from FileFactory. Bye Bye FileFactory.

@FifleFactory: I know what you mean, so far I've try many file hosting, FileFactory is the only one hosting that having this rule, no mirror allow. Adding this rule you're simply stop all the blogger owner using FileFactory, cause there'll be no blog can survive if they only post FilfeFactory link, good luck finding one.
stats abnormal at 22nd NOV. In Download Statistics, only 350 download in 22nd NOV. But in my file manage, I count there are 500+download for my new file which I share it at 22nd NOV. Plus the old file, there should be at lease 700+ download at 22nd NOV. Half earning and download is missing.
