    he he...mine might have looked like Indonesian to someone who doesn't speak it but to an Indonesian speaking person it would look like gibberish. I learnt a lot time ago for one year, so my Indonesian is as good (or as bad) as my Japanese.

    bank account cant use for verification, you need either debit card or credit card

    Get the IFSC code from your bank which is used for NEFT and add bank accouont in your paypal. Paypal will give you some deposit , specify those amounts in your paypal account and you are verified
