    You know Hish, you are very interesting guy...

    First, you banned my account for "fraudulent sale" but offcourse you didn't explained why that sale was fraudulent. I suppose that I'm guilty because someone tryed to trick your system while downloading some of my files.

    Second, it is really great that you banned my acc on payment day.

    Third, and the most beatiful thing, you banned my acc, but offcourse, my files are still there and you are getting all the money from the generated sales.

    Well done, this all is really proffesional from your side...

    I don't have your account details, so I can't tell you exactly what fraudulent activity your account had. If you PM me to me, I'd be gad to explain. But I'll tell you in advance that we didn't ban you because "someone tried to trick our system while downloading your files." We are very accurate and precise with fraud control and 99% of fraud we've caught in the past turned out to be real fraud. As for the rest (< 1%), the accounts were reactivated and the affiliates were paid.

    Concerning your files being still active, we have no choice but to leave them there in the rare event that the affiliate shows us that his/her work is legitimate. We give affiliates an opportunity to explain themselves, and I don't think you'd be any happier if your files were deleted. And concerning your account being banned on payment day, it's very simple: before paying out, we run our fraud checks across the board. You happened to have gotten flagged and your were banned.

    Finally, our professionalism is not in question given the fact that the vast majority of our affiliates have never had to, and will never have to, worry about fraud control. These are measures we implemented to protect ourselves and the honest affiliates out there, and you'd be shocked at the amount of fraud we've caught since we started doing this.

    It will allow you to share your folder through a link (just like a file link). So, your friends/family/associates will be able to access multiple files you share with them, but through a single link.

    in other words - it allows you to spread the one link to the folder instead of the 50 links to the splits.

    I got access to your account. You generated one $55 sale on the day of the payout cutoff (Friday). That sale was then reported by our payment processor as fraudulent (based on their fraud controls, which are quite effective), and/or flagged by our internal fraud controls (which are, again, quite effective). I'm not going to describe WHY that sale was tagged as fraudulent, for obvious reasons.

    This 1 fraudulent transaction represents 100% of your sales, so you have a 100% fraud/suspected-fraud rate. Even if you claim that a random user is responsible for this fraud, you can't expect us to pay you for it. Finally, your files have not generated any sales at all since you've been banned, so the fact that the files stayed online is irrelevant. If you'd like me to delete these files, please let me know and I will do so immediately. Otherwise, they will be flushed along with other account suspected of fraud after some time.

    Our affiliates should not be worried at all. There is a clear distinction between a regular affiliate and one that generates one single sale during his whole FS career, and that sale 'happens' to be flagged as fraudulent (100% rate, basically). That just won't fly.

    I'm not going to publicly describe the fraud control systems, but I'll say that a legitimate affiliate shouldn't have to worry about it. This has been the case historically, regardless of the program the affiliate is on.

    If you're a legitimate PPS affiliate and someone other than you defrauds FileSonic through your links, the most likely scenario is that you will get a refund for that sale. This is more than fair, I believe. :)
