It will get banned eventually. Trying to play Google like that isn't worth it. Yep. The people placing ads like that on their sites are obviously desperate. They think they will start raking in the dough by placing their ads like that, when in fact, they'll end up losing their account. And that site is a mess. There's way too much going on at once. The owner didn't even take the time to organize it properly. Chances are a low number of visitors will probably click on the ads because all the links bunched up together like that just makes everything look confusing. You can blend the ads in, but not to that extent.
yes you right one thing i noticed it is using a nulled script even he did not edited the title of source still showing herlivetv.com that is no more running the next thing it would not work is his pages and ads have same titles so one GEO TV his own page and one GEO TV ad title that decrease 50% chances to get clicks because if some one want to see GEO TV there are chances if visitor clicks on his page link or ad link i think if he fix this can get good results

yes not yet banned maybe this one too No not accidental click visitor will click assuming s/he is opening a TV channel when visitor go to clicked s/he might search for tv channel so at least 5 to 10 minutes visit
it is more then a week when it is reported even i reported it in Google forum too and placement still there so i am sure this is not breaking TOS
Its a good trick. From how many days are you using this trick ? Have you got ur check after u started using this trick ?
its risky to put adsense like this .bigG may get angry so be carefull about ads placement and read tos before doing such things
