Then your not banned. If you don't get any links by using "site:domain.com" then your banned or not even indexed yet.

Searching for adwords vouchers shop on Google reveals your site in first position. This is an indication that no domain-wide penalty has been imposed.

Just keep building quality backlinks and give it time...

Your domain name DOES NOT appear to be banned, but Google penalty probability for the domain name is 59.2%.

Your website has not been banned since it has its index in Google. However, I would no wonder if you got banned in a further. "Adwords" is a Google trademark and you have them in your domain name. What would you do if you are Google and someone using your company product trademark in their domain name?

Yes that is true, but have you typed adwords or adwords vouchers on google, see how many have the word adwords included in their sites, and they are on first place.

That's a nice tip, if correct. Makes sense though.

I'm sure they don't like it. It is a trademark violation.

If you are still ranking on keywords then absolutely you are not banned. If you were banned, you would not be showing up for keywords, and especially not at #2. Some people have mentioned penalties but again if you are ranking this well for your keywords, I don't really see a penalty in affect. Some people have said your site isn't cached, however I got a cache date on your homepage of Nov 22. Personally, I don't see any evidence of penalities or bannings. I think maybe you need to focus a bit more on making your site look valuable in Google's eyes: build backlinks, add some more content/pages, add some unique content (your homepage content is on a lot of other sites), add good meta data (some of your pages are missing data), etc. Basically, start optimizing your site. Take a look at some of the other sites ranking on your keywords and content and see what they're doing.
