I would like to republish articles from a site.

The site has many articles and Each article has "Share" Buttons for Twitter,Digg,Google Buz.Stumble,Reddit,Tecnorati etc. on the bottom.
So the webmaster allows that each article page site is linked to those.

My question is Can I republish those articles in my blog site provided that I state something like Aurthor is xxxx and souce of this article zzzz.com

They do not have term & conditions,FAQ or Contact in the site.
So I cannot ask them for permission.

Is they have "copyright" at the bottom of the page?

Thank you for your instant reply.
    No copy right section,either.
I put in here a page of the site for example http://www.creditscore.net/does-getting-a-new-credit-card-hurt-your-credit-score/
On the bottom there is "Subscribe by email " and I sent an email.
I got an email back for confirmation and I emailed to the address to enquire republishing, but it is autoresponder so my email was not delivered with error message of "failed delivery"

Post a link to the page you want to use. My thinking is they probably stole it from someone else. IMO, you should do all your own work or know who did. Be honest dude.

I felt the site is a bit weird as you pointed out.
You said 'My thinking is they probably stole it from someone else."
I now feel the same way so I will not republish their articles in my blog, but links.
    Thank you for your comments.

You made a good decision not to republish their articles.

In fact, you are saving yourself a lot of headache in the
long run by creating your own content.

I agree!, it is that it is already cheating if you are just going to copy and paste their content. You can have a fellow DP forum member to write you some articles. It's won't be very expensive. Most of the members here are good in article writing and some actually make profit in writing for fellow members.

There is a copyright on the site that shows no matter which post you read. To be safe, you should contact the author before posting content elsewhere.

One way to get their attention is to post a comment on at least one post. If the comments are open, they will immediately post. If not, they will be held for review and approval by the moderator of the site.

Make a comment first with something minor to test if it is open.
If the comment does not instantly appear on the site, it is moderated.
Then you can make a post with your contact information. You probably don't want to post contact information in an open comment...

Odd site, there doesn't appear to be any monetization...

    Dear JoesMillion,DominiquePrentiss,Nelbuena ,teamaguilar and mushget
Thank you all for your comments.

I typed in a comment below, hoping the webmaster contact me.
I hid my email address in this post, but in the comment I put in one of my addresses in which I am ok to be spammed.
    <<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<
I accidentally found your site by Google.
Articles are very easy to read for general public without expert knowledge.
I would like to republish some of your articles in my blog site, provided that I will state your site name and website address link as a source in my site.
I would appreciate if you could email me to whether you could grant me permission.
    <<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<

When I clicked "submit",a small screen came up for image verification.
I typed in the words and my comment went in straight. so no moderation for comment review.

So hopefully the web mastrer can contact me.

Another weird thing is no one seems to have commented in articles, though the articles sound very easy for non experts and I felt there are lot of visitors.

As JoesMillion said "My thinking is they probably stole it from someone else." I feel sort of the same way so even if I am permitted to republish some articles in my site with their website name stated and links embedded as a source,I am reluctant to republish them.
I do not want to get involved in republishing STOLEN articles in my blog as I am afraid of legal complication if it turns up that articles in the site are all stolen.

I might Just link their articles, but I am not sure if I do due to the concens of possible stolen articles.
