Yes, I did search amazon but the result was for not website color theory and composition instead there are for crafters and others and I want to know that does it really matter? do website designer need to study the color theory that crafters and painters study or else?

Color Theory is related to Graphic Design principles so that's a better search string then for web design. The graphic design theory's are flowing into web design now anyway as far as study goes.
