True story, I made $800 my first 3 days as a webmaster but promoting a product on AOL. I just linked it in my profile that gets a lot of views because I'm a girl and talked in chatrooms all day. The people read my profile and clicked and signed up. I wish it were so easy today.

I'd have to say my greatest marketing success was taking a 3 year old product that had been fading in popularity and reviving twice in six weeks. In the first campaign, I introduced a new email marketing sales letter and that generated almost $10K in under a week. The second time around, I had the tech team add a simple 1 minute video in the header of this product's site and that generated about 22K in two days.
