Which part is the most important?

Hi, I am new in link building. I read many posts and tips from blogs and forums. and now I have got the question, which part is the most important which I should do everyday in link building? Blog post, Link Wheel by posting blogs (actually, I am confused by this, just notice someone is saying link wheel is very important, but what's the relationship for single blog post and link wheel by posting blogs?); article submission and Blog comments.

Link building is really very important for our web site means as much as you have backlinks site ranking will grow automatically. But Link Building may be different type - One Way Link , Two way link etc... But one way link is more reliable which is also known as Regular link.
