That list is a joke! Half of websites is not really free - they require recip. link. Others either don't work (problems with submitting), or are not even webdirectories. Yesterday after going trough few pages of dirs I could only submit to 5! Does moderator actually check directories before adding them???
I think, there is no need to create the biggest list of directories but rather create a small but best web directories list that could be helpful to almost everyone.
I'm wondering if the OP will every week check every single directory to make sure it's free and no reciprocal links are required. Also check each directory to make sure they did not switch to paid or just sold there free directory for a cheap profit after 2 weeks of opening up. Looks like we'll get people self promoting there directories in this thread also.
