Selling ESTABLISHED Real Estate Lead Business

I have a WONDERFUL business here for someone who is willing to the following:

• Invest 3-5 hrs/wk in responding to clients and advertising
• Knows how to Upsell/Cross-sell
• Email/Facebook marketing

What Is It?
- Real estate agents/brokerages pay you a monthly/annual fee of $197 for XXX number of individuals email addresses of whom are interested in buying or selling property.

Where Do I Get The Leads?
- This is the easiest part and I will explain this in depth on how-to gather thousands of leads within days. Remember they only want their email addresses so there is no need to reverse engineer to get their names or anything! I could also give you the contact details of the guy I use.

How Do I Market This?
- I will share my tactics but I would expect you to bring your own flare to it as well.

Traffic and Revenues?
- I never really tracked the traffic but I would get between 100-200 unique users a month and close 2-4 orders a month.

Why Am I Selling?
- Initially I was in the software business but because of this venture I have jumped into doing real estate and so I am liquidating all of my online assets.

Price?
- $190 and this includes everything you need to get started including a facebook page with around 80likes. I never really did much with facebook but I managed to get a couple from there.

Domain;
- The domain itself was at one point PR2 but has since dropped. It will be a free push via Namecheap

On a side note, I have received a few offers but were a bit lower than my expected reserve so I will hold out until I receive a more reasonable offer.

The individual I gather the leads from can get them from pretty much anywhere but I have only gathered from Canada/US.
