How many domain you own to display adsense?

Hi everyone. How many site/domain you own to display adsense? Currently i only have 1 and generate $1-3 per day. So thinking to create more domain to maximize my profit. Imagine 1 domain able to generate $1 per days, 10 domain will able to generate $10! Further more, different domain & content may attract different number of traffic and ad. What you thing?

 

You can use adsense on as many domains as you want. About buying new domains, I'd suggest you should have 2 or 3 big, established sites and you would be making more than $10 from them per day!

 

Find a website model that works and duplicate it. Simple as that.

 

What you mean? You saying duplicate some other site? Eg?

 

No, I think he means if you made a site that earns $3/day, and that works. Duplicate the MODEL (not the content) on another site and earn $6 a day.

 

I guess he means duplicating design and structure.

Duplicating design allows you to add some branding to your site. (You just need to change the logo mainly)

Duplicating structure means, using same CMS and categorization (e.g. having sections and categories in Joomla, url-rewriting...).

So i have some content sites used these tricks. (They are all on different topics and have different contents.) It saves lots of time and money. And you know that if you do the similar things, search engines will like the new sites too..

Probably these will basically work for content sites! So they may not be applicable to e-commerce sites or sth else..

 

I'm having two for the moment, one is not working at all, and one is quite good.
I just bought a domain, and will set it up by this week.
It's a photo blog, that post random images, wondering if this works.

 

Different domains doesn't necessarily benefit you much, unless you need to brand the name.

If you are talking content sites, which get the majority of their traffic from inbound links and SE's, then subdomains will save you a few bucks and do the same job..

 

I have 5, and I'm currently working on an experiment where I'm launching one site with 50+ blogs in sub-directories dealing with different subjects. I'm hoping it works out as well, if not better, than launching 50 new sites on different domains.

 

I have a quite a few sites but generally those that I am really interested to update are popular (naturally!). So fresh and interesting content is important. Some domains which I bought specifically with Adsense in mind are sort of... well... let's just say I am happy if there is 1 click a day.

 

With few domain, how is the traffic? Of course to create more domain may benefit. But thinking it may bit difficult to maintain those domain with certain traffic. For maintaining traffic, it need to be keep updating content, submit site to directory, exchange link etc. Any tips to share for to maintaining few site?

 

I have 4, but I am going for more next week.

I am sure most will not succed but they add experience and knowledge.

If you are already expecting them not to succede, I gurantee they wont.

 

I have about 6 sites running adsense. 2 that actual bring in the solid money, other 4 get around $1 to $5 a day.

Ok, seem like people having more than 2 domain at the same time. Can i know how offen you update your site and how many you spend per day for those site? For me, i'm spend about 4 hours per day for two sites.

 

Varies.. Some days I'll spend about 5 hours on all of them. Sometimes 5 hours on one and something I don't even look at one site in a day.
