    We can not leave without water and there should be sufficient amount of water in our body to live a healthier life.

    I take almost 3-4 liters daily.Share yours!

    water is good. I prob drink 5-7 32oz containers a day. Is that enough? I hope so. Could/should I drink more? Probably.

    a lot of it has to do with the time of year too, it's a lot easier to chug it down during the summer when it's 99°F/77 outside.
