London Apartments Niche - How Much it May be Worth?

    Hello guys,

    Let's to say that I want to purchase a domain name which is in the top 10 in Google.co.uk for "London Apartments". Do you have any idea how much it may be worth? Is it something which cost 1k, 5K... 20K?

    Please let me know your opinion.

    I suppose not much because that is GEO targeted domain name. IMO

    Geo targeted but for a very nice location!
    I think a lot, but it also depends on the extension (.co.uk, .com) and on the domain age etc

    It all depends on the extension, content, age etc. It's impossible to accurately predict the value without having these numbers.

    I think it should be around 10K since it is pretty lucrative niche.. Also I asked these guys from the front page of Google.co.uk if they are interested to sell me a website, but they were not interested.
