Hi! I'm a rookie web content builder, and I know very little about design, SEO and such, so I'd like some feedback. I do not have the time to make complete turn-around changes for the website, but I would appreciate some tips on small changes I can perform to make my website more attractive, and to make it bring in more visitors. The landing site is merely a welcome page, the content is spread out across the other pages (Supplements, Nutrition etc). If you have suggestions for how I can make a more informative landing page, shoot!
Not bad , except for the fact that it has no content . If you want to go pro loose the wordpress but I don't recommend doing that anytime soon as you lack the experience to make a full blown website . Graphics 7.9/10 Speed 9/10 Content 1/10
The landing page has no content, no, but that's just intended as a welcome page! There is plenty of content on the other pages. I have written a solid 30-40 pages of original content for the website.
Well done on the appearance, just need to fill it with content, because content gets people to come back, not graphics.

Ok let me rectify that . content 7/10 but ergonomics 0/10 . Srsly move the bloody menu to the left , whit the exception of the arabs everyone reads from left to right . Putting the menu on the right kills the entire website . And consider reshaping the menu pages .
OK. So I really , really like the header. It's simple , elegant and delivers a strong message. As everyone said before me , you have to focus more on the content because people landing on your page don't clearly see how much it has to offer. I think you should be more blunt about the content and start delivering nice , juicy information right from the get go.
Sorry to sound so repetitive, but I also agree it needs a lot more content. There are many places where you click and there is no content or it says coming soon, etc. It seems like an unfinished. But looks like you are heading in a nice direction, cheers
On Exercises page, i think you should have to add some photos inspite of content. May photos attract visitor..
Thank you! I guess I kept the landing page as a welcome page mostly because I'm unsure of how to start delivering right away, before having chosen a genre, so to speak. Any suggestions?
I do intend to do that, but I want to first get used to the whole blogging-thing before I step it up a notch.
Oh, I agree, it *IS* a work in progress. I try to add a little content every day, with the intent of the page being completely filled (no empty pages) by Christmas. Thank you for your kind words.
