    You will struggle if you don't aim to make a good quality store. If you use auto plugins then they will just create trash websites. Nobody will visit, nobody will read and nobody will click through to Amazon.

    Concentrate on making a good website.

    I use to stuck with making money with Amazon until I realize the traffic to my site is not buyer.
    I do traffic analysis (google analytic) and found that less than 100 US come to my site.

    I adjust my tactic and start find the US forum/blog by checking the demography of each site before I join them.
    I also put the bestseller (with 1 positive comment and negative comment) above the fold and add my picture on it to build trust.
