i can't login my account and my payment haven't received

Maybe i pressed it twice or something, but the first time i click the submit nothing happened, no message saying like ' well done you claimed your bonus' or anything.

Now when i try i just get this...

ok thanks i've sent the pm so you can add me manually, please check and see if something is wrong with my account since everyone else seems to have had no problems- im using firefox maybe others are using IE or Opera.

 

FS Support why block Fileserve ? and can you explain how shoul i arrange links in order to be remote uploaded to filesonic?

is it so? i was previously receiving payment and i never touch any of the setting prior to last payment.

guess what? you're right. payment method was blank. but when i entered a method, it was there. after a page re-fresh, it goes back to non payment referred again.
BTW, what is "payment number" supposed to do?

payment number is your paypal id ..insert it & ur current password & save .....go to ur mail & click on the confirmation link

 

can you please help me fix it. it's always going back to non payment method.
I only use Paypal....
