No such thing as Alexa page rank. There's Alexa ranking though.

Do you mean Alexa site rank ? It is purely based on the number of users who visited on a website who installed Alexa tool bar in their browser. Google PR depends on backlinks of the site.

Both are irrelevant nowadays... Alexa just more so than Google PR.

Not quite, only the traffic for those who have the toolbar installed

Nope, it's only relevant to back links, the other two measures are irrelevant for PR. However Toolbar PR is so out of date that it is totally irrelevant anyway, although actual PR (which we can't see) is still part of Googles algorithm, so is still relevant, although this could change.

Both are completely UN-important, Alexa because it's so innacurate and nothing to do with SEO, Toolbar PR because it's so out of date.

Google PR is a measure of no. of backlinks of a website while Alexa rank is a measure of traffic to your website compared to the other website.

Alexa rank tracks how much traffic you have while Google page rank tracks how much quality backlinks you have. However, Alexa rank is not that accurate because it depends on how many people install their toolbar.

Google’s Pagerank is a calculate of a page’s importance based on number and quality of incoming links to your website while Alexa Rank is computed based on traffic recorded to your website as calculated through the Alexa Toolbar.

Google pagerank measures popularity by backlinks and Alexa measures popularity by traffic.

    True.
Page rank is 1-10, 10 being the highest.
Alexa rank depends on your visitors so it can be a world rank or just in your country.

The Alexa Rank is different from Google PR, where Alexa rank is completely based on traffic to the website. While Page Rank is based on the backlink relevancy. To have a overall good PR, the PR of each inbound link is also important..

hey that's right, but most of them give you a blind idea about how your website is doing, but don't be run to catch them, just do what u feel better for users they will come by their own way.
