You can ask them for your data.. and just explain that it wasn't spam.

As many others have mentioned on the forum - for the cost of a domain and hosting, you shouldn't really be using services like Blogger as this can happen. I know that doesn't help you right now tho, and I hope you can get your content back.

Have they actually told you why you were in breach of their terms and conditions?

Did you have Adsense on your blog? If you did, that may have contributed to it being closed. For some weird reason, most of the blogs I have seen close had Google ads on them.

Same happened to me last year. Lost a small blog with $50 monthly income from Amazon. Received the mail saying it was SPAM but funny thing is contact was unique and I was not even promoting the blog. Blogger is not reliable anymore. If you were talking backups you can still salvage your blog by importing it into a WP blog.

same thing happened to my blog which makes over $700 to $1300 from adsense every month. Many were copying my posts so that may have triggered the duplicate content flag. I just lost the blog and the future earnings. I learned my lesson the hard. . You cant rely on blogger anymore.

I wish you get your blog back or at least get your content back. You can do a google cache search for your blog posts..

Blogger makes it easy to back up your data... that should always be a routine... even if you decide to move to your own hosted blog.... it doesn't guarantee you will be entirely safe. Some of these hosting companies barely protect your data in case of hard drive failure leaving you in the same situation you're in now... without your blog... and without any of your posts.

Did you also have Amazon ads [did not say even though you posted in the Amazon affiliate forum]? Were you making money with the Amazon ads?

    Q...

sorry to hear that. that's why lost of masters said, don't have 1 money source, but make it double, triple, up to 1000 profitab;e blog. So, if you lost 1, there will be 999. If you can make 1 blog that have profit $1000 or more, I'm sure you can make it again. Good luck.

Were you doing something illegal? Blogger usually doesn't just shut down blogs of its own free will. There must have been something fishyy

LOL, my blog also deleted for that reason, although i didn't include it in search engine and blog listing, so basically my blog was 'ghost' blog. no one should be able to find it. and yes, no one ever visited it beside myself. i created that blog only for test purpose. that blog contained several posts with affiliate products.

This is the truth. No one should rely on free hosting blogs. They could shut you down whenever they want. If I were you I would have started a premium blog with the money earned. It is safer and one could be back on track in one or two months.

Also if you start earning from a Blogger blog at least buy a domain and use it for with blogspot. That way you won't loose all your traffic if they delete your blog. You can just setup your domain in paid host with a backup.

Never rely on a third party site like this.. a domain and your own hosting is cheap compared to the cost of losing everything.
