    Hi guys

I am throwing this site up and see what it will get us. When its #1 in Google and it is right now it sells one or two products a day. I usually get $4 for the poduct so thats where I come up with the revenue.

    About $120 for revenue .....

It has 8 pages all indexed. 26 current back links in yahoo site explorer, but over 200 have been out there just not indexed yet

Like I said its # one in google at this moment and will get over 300 + original views this month.

If you are interested email me and I will send over the sites web-address. This way I know you are really interested. DONT PM ME HERE I DONT CHECK IT MUCH

Nope - email me for more information - I also will be selling www.furnacebook.com

furnacebook.com makes $330 dollars a month, but because of its commercial value I will be selling it for around 12k .... I will explain to any one interested in that as well

    regards

Interesting rajirajesh - Never thought of that....Never was going to sell the sites, but I will be back to day trading and need the xtra capital

Really on line who can you trust.... I can give you my paypal Id that has a 100% clean rating there.

What i will be doing if I can come to an agreement with someone on price is this.

1 They will have to give me a deposit - And I will draw up a contract

2 The deposit will be 1/2 the price of the site

3 They will then be granted temporary access to the sites and their data....

4 The deposit if because only interested people will pay the deposit, and if anyone decides they want to mess around with my with my site while they are in there they will loose the deposit as per contract

Would that help? I think so - It would weed out the weazels and skunks while at the same time letting the buyer know that they have the real deal...

    Regards

It would make it easier if you told us the general niche. For example, if it's in the medical niche I'm not interested, if it's in a business or webmaster niche I am interested.

To me, it's lazy that you won't even post the general niche of the site here and you're making people email you. Have you ever gone on Flippa and seen an auction where the seller says "I won't give you the URL or niche unless you email me"? No, because it doesn't work like that.

If you want anyone to take you seriously, just post the site here so that potential buyers can check it out and not have to email you just to find it out.

How about posting traffic and income stats here instead of sending emails to everyone?

If you look through my iTrader you will see that I've bought sites here before. However, I won't be buying this one. Doesn't sound like customer service is your strong point.

It's funny that he will not release the general niche since this was his comment on another thread where the seller would not release the actual site names:

Ok so your not going to give us the site names? LOL - thats a joke and against terms of service for this thread.

, if you want to sell anything you have to show people what you have to offer! It's like you'd like to sell the car and write only that's "nice sport car" but no brand/model/year/color etc.

You are the one who want to make a sale, people won't beg you about basic information which they should get visiting this thread.

I don't see how that makes him dangerous. A lot of people sell a service here or on another forum and then outsource it for cheaper than what they sold it for so that they make money.

It's a good business model and everyone uses it in some way or another. You think the shirt you're wearing cost just as much to make as what you paid for it?
