Buying $20 (Negotiable) Paypal for Completion of Program (C#)

Need a completed version of my program.

I will send you what I have, and you will finish it off as I am stuck and feel I need help. Comment lines must be on parts of the code explaining what the part of the code does.

To summarise what the program needs to do, the program must be able to add items to a fleet, and display it. Will provide what the program will need to do.

The program must be done in Visual Studio 2008.

Willing to pay $20 for the work. Will be paid by paypal. The work itself shouldn't be so hard, nothing too advanced.

It is just school work that I am stuck on.
