Warning! I think Filesonic is a scam and does not pay. I have been hounding them for 4 weeks about why I'm not receiving my payments on paypal, and still no response or help. I'm pretty pissed off right now. So here I am venting out my frustration.

 

There are dozens of proofs of payments in this very thread, so you're definitely addressing the wrong crowd with this 'scam' nonsense. Since we've owned this website, there is not a single legitimate affiliate who hasn't been paid.

If you haven't been paid, there is most likely a valid reason (missing account info, etc). PM me your login email and I will look into it.

Filesonic pays on time everytime. They might have issues but Payment is not one of them. Infact it is their payment record that makes people stick to Filesonic.

 

Thing is mate - if you (or someone) would just answer emails this kind of thing could be avoided. It's just not reasonable to expect people to stumble on to this thread, especially non affiliate customers who have little or no knowledge of such things as digital point.
I know you have been very busy, and it it's paying off, but maybe it's time to start thinking about customer service now (outside this thread) - I'm sure half the refunds are down to non responsive customer service when there's a problem, so to be fair it would benefit everyone inc filesonic it's self.

But now I swithed to Pey Per Sale, but its still $0. and now my Counted Downloads is stoped at $0 and frozen.
Why did'nt you said that at your FAQ, "when you swith to Per PAy Sale your Download earnig will become $0, and you can't earn from downlaod till next week."
So now I can't make money till next week!!
You suck guys.

Pay per sale means you can only make money from SALES. Pay per download means you make money from DOWNLOADS. What did you expect to happen when you switched from Pay per download to pay per sale? You can still make money as long as you make sales.

 

Gee newbe cool down, the regualar payout for rewards generated monday-friday will be payed on the following tuesday about midnight CET. You don't have to do anything at all payments will be issued automatically. As for the payment scheme - you eighter get payed for download OR as a commission for premium accounts sold. NOT BOTH.
IF you wanna change between schemes go to settings, Affiliate Information and Payment Plan.

Could you tell me how to access filesonic.com from uk isp?
I can't display filesonic site, can't login, can't upload, can't any download.

I read #8715 banj0wood post.
But I can't understand "install the tunnelbroker all your problems should be solved".
What I have to do?

Anyway I need offcial answer from filesonic support.

Now, Can't earn premium sales and download count from UK user, HONGKONG user?

Yes PPD stats is frozen! for PPS don't know
ftp also not working properly files are stopped to 100 % and speed is slow.
