Profanity Tolerated and Endorsed ??

    That's not in the forums so it's not like the staff could police it (at least not easily).

    ahh there are probably LOTS of 12 yr olds here on the forums. LOL I'm sure of that.. it's not just all adults here. :p

    Unless Shawn has a coppa system on to stop anyone from 16 or 18 from joining.

    Well Shawn wants traffic which means money . So implementing harsher rules will affect traffic , it will drastically improve the quality in the community but it will hurt profits .

    I don't think profanity should be banned. Trolls should be banned. If people want to use any of the f, s or whatever words they should be able to. Maybe I have too much faith in people though. :p

    The thing is the problem with being in a public community like say Starbucks, the movies, and Digitalpoint is you are going to get people who have diff. values than you. People who don't think that swearing is really a big deal. You have a block button, just use it.
