I hold an account with the three networks, and according to my observation,i will rather rank them like this,
    1.Neverblue
    2.Maxbounty
    3.Azoogle

Reason,Azoogle doesn't care about its publishers. They customer care is awkward.
If you look at dating Vertical between Azoogle and Neverblue?you will laugh.Neverblue beats Azoogle hands down......they have higher payouts in all the Offers they share with Azoogle.
For me i can only rank Azoogle on the same clas with CX Digital Media.
Whats your experience with these guys? Maxbounty beats Azoogle......timely payouts...infact sometimes they pay up to 4 days before payout date.Their tracking is better than Azoogle

I like NB most. Azoogle put me onto NET30 which sucks and I don't know why they are using these weird aim's. I am talking about the AIM handles, like EpicTeam0001, it just doesn't sound right to me. Putting a real name is better and easier to build relationship with your AM.

Azoogle still has some great old offers that pull in very nice profits.

Thats true. I don't work with with Never Blue though. Maxbounty is a great network. About publisher support I don't see much difference between the two. Both cases I need to knock the AMs five times before they respond :p . Another thing about maxbounty with me is that they convert the check in my local currency at a very low rate. My bank can give me a much higher rate. :(
