How to use RSS feed from normal website?

If I want to use RSS to promote my site (non blog), is there a way of doing that? Just wonder. If you know how, please help me. Thanks

Hmmm. I think he meant how can he use an RSS feed to promote his website, not how to make an RSS feed.

 

There are some RSS site lists available but before submitting your site you must convert or burn your your site in feedity.
