Which to keep, which to let go...

I've got three personal-project sites. Of the three, only one is drawing consistantly from the search engines. The other two just aren't seeing the traffic. Over the last few months, I haven't actively promoted any of the three. In that regard, I can see which are getting traffic and which are not.

Of the three, I'm looking at these two sites. One I'll keep, the other I'll close...
http://www.debtscams.com (pr 0): Not getting but 3 or 4 visits per week. However, it seems like the content would pull people - but what do I know?

http://www.debt-reduction-solution.com (pr 3): Sees a wee bit of traffic but with that catagory, the adsense money can be good if I can just get people to the site.

So which do I let go? Do I take the content from the first and move it to the second site because it's related? debtscams.com seems like such a great domain name - short, easy to spell, niche-y. But as I said, "ain't no one visiting da site."

I have been keeping adsense and affil links off of debtscams hoping as a new-ish site, that would help with the sandboxing...now I'm wondering if the site just isn't good enough to pull traffic.

    ideas?

Why not use the one with traffic to promote the one without? Add a section in your main site that says "Beware of scams" or something and link to the other site.

Also, I had never heard the term "debt scams" and I doubt many people search it, so maybe using more "financial scams" or "protect against scams", around your text will give you a better PR.
