My Review: So I was one of the fortunate guys who got his hands on the review copy. I am using the word “fortunate†because the results that I got are really impossible to get even at higher prices, let alone for “Freeâ€. (I still paid $10 for a few basic things - but guess, that is something not even worth mentioning for such returns). I would like to thank Phil for considering me for this. Here I am presenting my detailed review so that it can help future buyers in deciding if to purchase. The site we are talking about is Trial Games (www.TrialGames.net - Accepting offers now: PM me for that ) First of all, since I am not an Internet Marketer by myself, I really had no clue of the things that need to be done towards developing a niche website. Basically, all I am is an Investor, who regularly invests in high worth domains and later sells them for much higher profits. This was running steadily until I thought to turn one of my domain into a niche site myself. I came across to this thread, contacted Phil, provided him the domain and hosting and there we started. I will try to rate each thing separately regarding this whole process. 1. Turnaround Time: Let me say, this the FASTEST turn around time I have seen to develop any website. I literally had nothing but a domain and within hardly 10 days, the site is completed perfectly. Frankly, I hadn’t expected this and I was literally prepared to wait for a month at least. Rating: 5/5. 2. Design: As you can see by yourself, the design is really good. The top banner really catches the eye and when I first saw it – I just said “WOWâ€. It’s completely relevant to the niche. Small factors such as "Favicon" have got the attention too. The “Contact†and other sub pages have really catchy icons related to gaming. Just a small thing, the “WordPress Theme†or color scheme itself could have been modified or changed in order to make it further catchy but I guess it's really a no big deal and can be done in 5 minutes anytime. Rating: 4.5/5 3. Content: The content itself has been prepared in way to give maximum profits. There are two type of content for the site: Auto and Static. Auto, that automatically extracts the stuff from various internet sites and keep the main website updated. Believe me, when Phil told me about Auto Content first, I literally thought "Oh no! not that crappy and gibberish piece of sentences anymore". Fortunately, I was wrong. The auto content is really of high quality and does its job perfectly well. About static, so I am very much pleased to see the “Original†articles in the form of static content. I sometimes truly wonder, how can such design, development and original content can be prepared in 10 days? He must have cheated somewhere by having a dozen hands instead of two ;-) Rating: 5/5 4. SEO: This is a place where nobody can deliver “Fast†results, no matter how many hands he possesses. So, I too am reasonable with my expectation in this. I have seen the directory submission, the back linking (some links on his own sites) and various SEO efforts can be seen clearly. But it’s still too early to say anything on this. Rating: N/A 5. Hosting: Although MMS offers their own hosting, since I had my own server where I hosted my site. Since I even provide hosting to other peoples for their projects, it really couldn't have made sense to not using mine. So I really can’t comment on this one. Rating: N/A 6. Intervention: This factor decides how much babysitting you have to do with your site. This was one factor that I was kinda afraid of. I used to doubt whether the developer would be able to carry this one out by himself or will I have to spoon feed him on every step. Fortunately, I didn’t have to. He was really talented enough to perform all the necessary tasks including keyword research, page titles, designing, optimization etc so that after providing him the hosting access, everything just went seamless from there and the work went on smoothly, without even requiring me to move a finger. Rating: 5/5 7. Revenue Streams: The final deciding factor! Ultimately, it’s revenue for which the niche sites are built and it very much depends upon how well you have implemented the revenue system. In this regard, Phil seems to be done some really new and revolutionary “hybrid†systems. Instead of applying just the plain, old and dumb “Adsenseâ€, he has placed various advertising and affiliate stuff including adsense, amazon, infolinks and so on. The ads blend with the site really well and their placement is superb. Although, no figures can be seen in such short span of time and actual revenue numerics may only come after a few months has passed. Rating: 4.8/5 The Final Verdict and Rating: The final rating stands at 4.8 out of 5 stars, which is pretty much self explanatory. In fact, I was searching extensively for a consistent and reliable developer whom I can leave all my high worth domains (and all of my worries too) to turn them up in money making beasts. I am glad that I have found one. I have more than 100 domains in my portfolio and I will definitely tie up with Phil with some real business deals

As an average probably around $5 to $10 each, it really depends on the domain key words, content, CPC and how quickly its indexed. Some sites may do nothing in the first month and may take a few months to develop
