Worpress H1, H2, H3 Tags

    I have a wordpress site that when I post a new post it has two toolbars and I can select H1,H1,H3 tags from a dropdown before I make the post. I just installed a new Wordpress on anotehr domain however it does not have the second toolbar to select the H tags. How can I get this second toolbar to show?

    must be a plugin or some theme function , try searching or tell us your site may be we can figure out what it is

    It is sad to see so many users getting caught in the kitchen sink :) Maybe wordpress devs should really do something about it.
