Build a site around it, get traffic and monetize with CPA and AdSense. If you're in for some quick bugs you could sell the site later on services like flippa.

 

maybe big competition can be a problem..you must work on seo a lot

 

I agree. Since CPC is high, it must be a good domain for End User. Not worth reselling.

I think thats great. Insurances about are some of high paying keyword on adsense. if you do it right way you can make some nice bucks.
