Not really, most of them require a simple phonecall. They will ask you a few simple questions... 1) How do get traffic/where is your traffic from? 2) How do you plan to promote our offers? 3) what kind of offers suits you? which offers have you had success with in the past? Make the conversation casual if you can... I live in Australia, it doesn't snow here, so I'm curious about snow and I start a conversation with the CPA Acc Manager (most of which are in US and Canada) about snow. You'd be surprised how friendly they are and their willingness to converse with you. Good luck!
I just checked out This is what I got - Where are most of the sales from? Most of our sales are from the USA and CA. Our product has support for almost any international country so there is a wide spectrum. Also - it is a CB product. CB payment structure totally phases me and that is why I keep far from CB.
