I have worked with panama profit, it turned out to be a bad idea. I dedicated so much time to make sales and earn but ELLIOT SANCHEZ did not pay. He makes a lot of promises but he doesn't pay. He is a scammer. Get rid of this guys.

Honestly it's so hard to tell these days with all these adult affiliate programs popping up. I used to be with chatsales back in 2006-2009 they use to be great until webcams .com took over completely and they started revoking affiliate sales if the customer canceled within two weeks, quite frankly they got real shady. I actually started with this new network CHAT4MONEY Las vegas (chat4money.net) They promote two different sites and basically took on a lot of the old chatsales affiliates when things started going south. So far so good, they have daily and weekly pay options and always pay on time. You can make up to 50 PPS with these guys. I recommend checking them out if you get a chance
