Quran the only Holy Book that stands the Test of Time

Quran reveals many scientific facts that are only proved by modern science in recent years. It is the only book which has no discrepancy in verses, no scientific ambiguity in it. All religious books have been altered, it is only this book which has been preserved word by word for the last 1400 years, as Allah has said that the words of this Book will remain preserved until the day of Judgement.

True, except there are a small portion of us that have taken some of those words and twisted them into something hateful and obscene. Thankfully, only the really stupid and uneducated fall into that category, and they are largely outnumbered by those of us who actually do believe in peace.

 

Muslims believe in peace, but who is the cause of contention, isn't it USA killing thousands in Afghanistan and Iraq every day? Isn't it Israel demolishing the houses and killing hundreds of innocent people in Palestine?
Who is the oppressor and who is the one oppressed?

 

And what does that have to do with the topic or even Islam? You complain a lot about modernized nations, which have millions of Muslims, as you like to point out. In fact, Muslims in those nations are helping to bomb the living crap out of the terrorist rat bags living in the border regions of Pakistan and Afghanistan, along with Muslim soldiers in the Pak army.

It seems your realcomplaint is that you want people to be able to twist the words of Islam to convince the poor and uneducated to use themselves as weapons. Outside of being idiotic, its blasphemous.

 

Most likely I won't find out considering that I'm from Canada and not your 3rd world country. Since Islam probably won't be in world power in my lifetime I guess I won't need to worry much.

Curious. I am Muslim, and I am American. There are millions upon millions of us here. I am most definitely not Afghani, and I support my Muslim brothers from my nation (USA) and other nations (UK) who are fighting Al Queda in the border regions of Pakistan.

You obviously have delusions of grandeur if you think everyone who carries the title 'Muslim' is somehow your country man, especially considering your poorly educated and ill informed views on the world. Even if we were somehow "country men", who in their right mind would even let you open your mouth as some sort of spokesperson?

You can not use your Quran or any religious book for that matter as a scientific evidence, especially to convince those non-muslims. In fact, there are many scientific errors in the Quran which I pointed out in a thread before. However, any accurate scientific information in the Quran would still not prove anything in favor because the information was already known thousands of years before the Quran. I hope you do get my point.

 

You are the first person saying that. Find a single discrepancy in Quranic verses.

 

"True" Muslims. LOL. I pointed this out on another thread, but you are going to have to retract your claim about Islam being the fastest growing religion ANYWHERE. According to you, millions of Muslim children who pledge allegiance to the US flag in their schools are hypocrites, and not true Muslims. More than a million Muslims in Israel are also not Muslims. Obviously all the Muslims in Iran are not Muslims, because their beliefs differ from yours.

When you get down to it, there are very few of your kind of "true" Muslims.

For the record, Islam is rapidly growing as a religion. Just not your particular branch, which is going extinct.

Islam is a religion of violence and the current crop of Muslims proves this out. Islam is trying to take over the world as the originator of the thread indicates Islam has no country boundaries. Most other religions have grown up but Islam continues to be mired in the barbaric 7th century.
