CPM network with low traffic requirement?

I'm looking for a CPM network that doesn't require me to have 100k pageviews per month! Is there any?

CPXinteractive is easy to get in .. they give a ecpm of $.2 to $ .3 .. i think that is great ...

 

Why is it so hard to get into these CPM networks? All applications rejected... I think I will have to do something with my blog....increase traffic, add more quality content...

 

try to get some more traffic and then apply for casale media or if u have good traffic, go with tribal fushion... they are the best..
