Will the promo for tomorrow be paid to us without having to claim???

So far since joining filesonic i have taken part in all the promos and i have NEVER been paid out for any of them. I have emailed and written on here about claiming the bonuses i've been owed but never received any of them. There have been double weekends before in the past. Okay so filesonic (sharing matrix) was new then and maybe was not ready for such promo activity and didn't have the backend or manpower to manually pay out all the bonuses, however by now there is no reason for a manual claiming system.

The claiming process is complete waste of time in my opinion, i very much hope that the promo will be auto paid out this time.

So do you have to claim again or not?

I like filesonic and use it a lot, however no point me making double efforts for tomorrow if i have to claim the bonus and not get it.

Everyone who requested the bonus on time have received it... There is no point for us to put up a request promo page and not use it to pay the people who requested... Could you please PM me your email and I can check if you have requested the promo?

Check out the news page more often and you will find the link to go to request the promo...

It takes you a few seconds to request it.

FTP upload is really slow ,about 50 kbs ,this will not help me gain more for the upcoming promo

Its scandalous.... FileSonic go to hell with that horrible remote ! You cannot fix it since 1 year !

How can I make download without remote working? Omg...

There are two ways to look at this. The first is that FileSonic requires you to request your promo payment to limit the amount they actually payout, much like a manufacturer does when they offer you a mail-in rebate on a product you purchase. Both know a certain percentage of affiliates/buyers are not going to request the promo/rebate and thus they save coin they would have otherwise paid had the promo/rebate been automatic.

While the above is certainly true, look at it from this point of view. FileSonic sets aside X amount of dollars for the promo. The affiliates who do not request the promo payment are often inactive and are unaware of the promo. Their accounts still accrue earnings, however, as long as their files are live. If FileSonic were to award the promo to such affiliates who were unaware of the promo, they would have to reduce the value of the promo to each affiliate to cover those additional outlays. For example, if FileSonic only anticipates dividing the X amount of dollars between 100 affiliates, they can offer two times the percentage they could offer if they anticipated 200 affiliates participating, right? Instead of a promo doubling earnings for the day, affiliates would be presented with a promo offering only an additional 50% of earnings.

So, yes, requesting the promo can seem like an extra step, but would you rather eliminate the request in exchange for lower payouts?

 

As free downloads were few and far between I paid for membership. While I have had a reasonable number of problem free downloads lots have timed out and some do not work at all. Extremely poor service, I will not be renewing as I am not getting the service I am paying for.

 

As I told before, uploaded files gone or? i can't find them in FM, please fix that bug
