i have a paypal account it need to be verifed can i verified with my brother account because i don't have one . please help

You should use your own account that have the same name with your Paypal account.

 

i don't have one bank account or credit card

 

You cannot use brother's account because account name must match with your paypal account name. So why dont you open a bank account for yourself?

 

Then you can use VCC to verify your paypal only

 

is there any place where i can vcc for because ihave money in paypal account only it s 100 $ please i don't want lose 100 $

The best thing is to open a paypal account with your brother's name and add your brother's account.

If your account is limited then vcc also won't work.
If it is'nt limited then buy vcc and put details on your paypal account you will get verified .

 

vcc will work but it make u trouble later so best get cc

 

it say corfirm address to remove the linited and what is cc
