If you select the "Promotion" plan, you can get it. This is an old domain which was in parking. Now it starts to get traffic but Alexa it's slow to be updated.
PageRank is stupid thing.
It's not updated by March. So you site could be a link farm and its pagerank be higher anyhow.

An SSL certificate, $13 at godaddy with discount code, or $8.95 from somewhere else, I forget the name.

 

namecheap gives some free ssl with a transfer / registration

 

They offer private (whois) registrations free with domains. Have'nt heard about ssl been given out free...

whats the best number of proxy websites to build to get something decent? i got the dedicated servers and was thinking of trying in to proxy.. any tips guys? thanks..

 

It depend on how much money you think is decent. you can get decent money with only one site proxy. what you need is traffic not the no. of proxies. some people make more proxies when the old proxy got lower traffic though.

 

say 10 to 20$ for a start? would 1 proxy possibly make it?

 

when you start a new one you can aspect to earn max 2-3$/m
for this, I suggest always to start a little network of 10-15 proxies

Can anyone else make hosting recommendations? I've been on VPSNoc for about a month now, and the downtime is getting way out of hand. They don't respond to emails or tweets, either. Seems pretty obnoxious to me.
