Is Fatcow good replacement for bluehost?

I have been hosting over a year for bluehost and now going to shift to fatcow as i got a very good offer.

So is fatcow good and comparable to bluehost??

Not familiar with fatcow as much as bluehost, what kind of offer are you getting.

$66 per year is quite cheap, but do you think that they will stick to their words if your site grows ??
If your site does not grow then its good for them, but if it grows asks for more server resources then what ?? Transfer all files to new more costly host ??? The deal is good but you can be at more ease with Cloud Hosting.
