Moderator @wisdomtool closed topic "filefactory pays'. Mod works great. Maybe we angry, but @FFS support too bad
yup...i was so angry...but u can read again everything we said..it's nothing wrong ! i had never seen a website ... deleleted user account after user feedback ...it's only filefactory.....FF did not even get an official thread for support for the user. A large site such that it would be doing that kind of mud. I also do not want to argue, no reason to continue to waste time ... do not use it then you can still use ff and fs hf and countless other Web sites. I believe that if someone comments, the FF would ban one person. It was unprofessional. Perhaps he thought I was a chick uploader, the money I earn is not worth taking, so I was despised. He said that those who have "copyright" shall be last one, try asking a few people have the "copyright", and if so I believe all of the file hosting sites will die out. I hope all the user to read the topic then think again, I was a victim and the next person could be you.
Well I assume that the ration to the remaining files was okay and that you didn't loose your total file stock every day.HF&co definitely kick accounts if they pile up to much detected warez. So either you are lucky, the reporting parties didn't give a hoot or just need more reported files ;-). In addition Hf states in their TOS about copyrigh infringments:
Hi guys I'm sorry to read all these issues regarding Filefactory. I personally have been paid twice (30$ + 20$) but my third payment was declined (30$). Rule #5 broken lol My mistake, I admit it. I knew it but mirrored links anyway so... My account (~150 files) is actually dying with something like 50$ on it. I registered a second account and started uploading again (~20 files, pr0n only, ~30$, not a single file mirrored) I'm gonna make a payment request. We'll see. I really need to know if they keep paying. If they don't, I'm gonna use another host. In fact, the only reason why I'm using FF is because they work with Moneybookers unlike many other hosts. Plus, uploading speed and downloading speed for free users are good. It's hard to make sales though because there isn't enough pr0n or w4r3z material hosted on FF I guess. Well, you know how it works: not enough uploaders --> not enough stuff --> not enough sales. It's pretty obvious that they made excuses up because they don't wanna pay, are short or whatever the reason. I hope I'm gonna get some cash. If I won't, I'll join the cause lol Then I would probably sell redeemed tokens, spam, report FF files etc. lol Regards
I know what you are saying. I do not get paid. I do not violate rule # 5, does not mirror the file on the forum, the only link filefactory. I have sent all their requirements. And do not get any reply from them. Can you tell me why? Why topic 'filefactory pays' close. I think a big company can not have a staff @ FFS. They do not love the members, they are obviously scam
It is always a worry when a file hosting service can turn on their terms just like that and not pay up, it is why these type of services are a risk
Hi Guys, Things got out of control in the original thread. I apologize for not keeping a better eye on it. @ffs does work for us but is not the person who handles the support emails, that's me. I'm open to discussing your individual situations either publicly here or via the support email (support@filefactory.com), whichever you'd prefer. We have just performed this week's payment, and some of you will have been paid (some declined payments were reversed). If you haven't been, please PM me your FF login or email me your DP username, and we'll go from there, should you wish to discuss it.
My request was declined Nov. 8th, I wrote FF support and it was immediately reversed. Today, Nov. 12-Friday, I got my Payment again as per their advice that they resume payment every Friday.. Thanks FF... Here's proof..
I can confirm I have been paid last weeks payment today and email replied to. Maybe if I had received an email explaining the declined payment issue last week or had a response sooner, I wouldn't have to of gone through this. Not being told what was happening resolved into me not using using filefactory for the week thus losing the weeks payment. Maybe it does pay to complain but thank you for resolving this FileFactory. If I could edit first post I would add this note to it. @x-pac I'm glad yours was immediately reversed, took a whole week for me to hear anything.
Yeah, we all sometimes get too excited specially when it comes to payments. I too, almost fell off my chair when I read I was declined but its just a matter of talking to the right person/s. Patience always pays. I'm glad a new person seems to be talking to us now,. Hope things will start to get better for FF, I'm sure they have good intentions in coming up with a new rewards system, we can perhaps give them another chance to resolve the issues, complete their programs and prove themselves worthy of the trust of the affiliates.
I was bit late here due to some problem with my internet connection & i am back now here is the paypal proof of money i got last Monday from file factory It's very disappointing to see previous thread got closed due to some comments alone
You have to see through the topic 'filefactory pays' and you also see our response. Perhaps our reaction is too strong. I want you to open your first topic. We can talk there. I'm sorry, Thank you for support
yeah, and its kinda funny the old thread says.."File Factory Pays.." and all the discussion therein was centered at FF not paying.. and now the new thread says.. "File Factory doesn't want to pay.." and all we see now is proof of payments.(lol).. Whatever the issue is,. be it DMCA, mirroring, bot downloads, cheating or whatever,. this only goes to show that File Factory not paying is not one of them.. It's just a matter of proper communication and courtesy.. and with FF's new mediator, we hope to have things in their proper perspectives.. Can we have your full support and cooperation this time, Mr FF?
You should read the rules to not violate Article Details Last Updated 8th of October, 2010 Why was my rewards payment denied? There is only one resaon why we deny or decline Reward payments. Your account has been found to be in violation of our Reward Program's rules. Our rules very clearly state that we do not pay for downloads if people mirror files between FileFactory and other file hosts. All we pay for if this happens is the sale commission. We are well aware that other companies do not have this restriction, but we're not other companies. We cannot run this company without Premium sales, and by mirroring the same file between hosts you will generate very few - if any - sales. The reason that we have been forced to implement this rule is because mirroring the same file across multiple hosting websites removes the incentive for downloaders to purchase a Premium account, as none of the restrictions will affect them. Running a file hosting website is very expensive, and when you share files across multiple hosts, sales decrease dramatically or completely stop. We want to create relationships with our uploaders and work with them exclusively. Using us exclusively will guarantee that you will have higher sales (which you earn a commission on), and will ensure that we will be able to continue adding new features and capacity. If you are mirroring files but doing it in a way that still generates Premium sales we will normally still pay your Rewards - if you're selling enough memberships to cover your Reward payments, then we're not running at a loss. When you're requesting more money than you're generating through sales, and directly violating our Reward program's rules though, we are unable to make these payments. It is extremely easy to locate files that are being mirrored between hosts. We hope this helps explain the reason we have this rule. We appreciate all of our uploaders and will gladly make these payments if you want to work with us and follow the Reward program's rules.
Pardon me for quoting you my friend, That Chapter have been Closed, Leave it at the past and let bygones be bygones,. We need to move on,.. The representative you had a problem with have been replaced which only means FF did not see it his way,. Now we have a new man, Let's see what he can do for our problems.. Just my 2cents, Brother.. Peace...
There was nothing wrong with ffs, only some communication problem between users & staff. but i cannot understand why previous thread got closed as filefactory does pays to exclusive uploaders & there was no fault from ffs side, some users angry comments ultimately affected filefactory. we see such kind of negative responses in other file hosting threads too and filefactory's support thread only got closed. I wish both ffs, Filefactory & other staffs join this or a new thread and clear all misunderstandings as FF is still the all round reliable file hosting company.
