Ok. At first glance it's hard to understand that users have opportunity to place deep links description. Submit your directory to the list and don't forget to indicate in description of your directory that there is a possibility to place deep links inside a description using HTML tags.
The list of Article directories is not very good May be it should be more than current list. Very goods article directories are still exists on Web add in the list. the design of your website is very easy to use. good work you done but many categories are still blank.
Directories with a PR of 5 and above are a rare thing today. You might want to rethink that requirement.

Perhaps indeed there are very few free deep link directories - even those deep link directories having word "free" in domain name - allow to place deep links only after the fee - featured listing
