Sorry about the Grammar. English isn´t my primary language.

But I think everyone understands what I write.

Tente aprender portugês e aí sim você vai se sentir um ignóbil diante de tamanho desafio.

I think its all based on how well your ads can just be blended in as regular links.people who dont know about adsense or anything like that will just click on an ad that says "Free louis vuitton bag" or "Hot swimsuit models" if they just think its a regular link. The type of ads showing will determine who clicks on them. If your site is filled with ads titled "hot swimsuit models" or "naked ladies", and if its a women related site, the chances of a high ctr is very low (unless its a lesbian porn site, well then you know)

what im getting at is you look at your targetted audience based on your sites content, and that will determine who clicks them, not just whether their male or female.

very very interesting stuff. the comment earlier that men can not create content for women is silly, infact most fashion sites even women clothes are created by men

Totally agreed. 80% of commentors on my site are women. It should be the same as CTR case

And they shouldn't care. It's not their job to watch out for anyone's marketing budget. It's a little like saying, "You know if you watch the Super Bowl you're going to cost Coke more ad money because you'll be one more person who gets counted in the 'exposure' numbers - whether you like Coke or hate it."

I didn't assume he was. ... I wasn't addressing the orignal poster in any way - just making a comment on the topic. Maybe it came off the wrong way.

Women do seem to click. The flavor of Love blog in my sig is a 70-100 a day blog with only 4000+ uniques a day.
My mate says the ads don't pay much though, individually.

Wow. You make $70-100/day with that? All the ads seem to be "blog" related. You must get a crazy click through rate.
