I would not say that not popular... Keepfile has 1000s and 1000s registered users and pays tons of money every week to webmasters.

I'm using this program... I'm earning more than others (HotFile, Uploaded.to)... Torrent leecher seems working fine... I recommend some promote banners (468x60/125x125) and Liberty Reserve payout option...

Yes, you have to enter "My Account" -> "Convert premium points". The mimium sum to request should be > 10$. Payment is processed within 7 days after request.
