I need traffic from UK. but google yahoo does not allow me to use, until I blocked. Every day I keep creating google adwords account google and then once found, my account was immediately slap

See why are you unecesarry wasting your time by creating 50 accounts every day?? there must be some sort of reason behind this what are you trying to advertise let me know so that i can do little research for you and suggest you the best

 

I sell ugg boots, but google does not allow, bing allowed to be overcharged, but I am 30% service charge, but charged me 30% service charge I do not make money.

Yea there is no way you can skip the review of google. But i would suggest you try to sell somewhere else like shopping sits like ebay

You should try to keep it natural if you don't want to get blocked by SE. This has become a serious issue as every SE is forced to keep on changing their algo to keep users coming back to their sites. If everyone could cheat the SE then what would be the use of them anyway. Promoting your site is not bad but it must be done in a natural looking way.
